Do you charge for quotes or call-outs?+
Quotes are free, always. For repairs there's a fixed assessment fee that comes off the bill if you go ahead — so you never pay just for us to look at something we then fix.
Will the price change once you start?+
No. The quote is itemised and fixed. If we open something up and find a genuine surprise, work stops and we talk it through with photos before a penny is added.
Are you insured, and is the work guaranteed?+
£5m public liability, and every job carries a 12-month written workmanship guarantee. Certificates available before we start — just ask.
Do you tidy up after?+
Dust sheets down before we start, hoovered and wiped before we leave, waste taken away. The only evidence we were there should be the finished job.
