Real times, personal confirmation.
Visitors want to know two things fast: which treatment suits them and when Lucy can actually see them. Most small practices answer the second with a contact form and a wait.
This build shows genuine available times. A visitor picks a time and a treatment, sees the price, and sends Lucy a pre-filled WhatsApp message. Lucy confirms the appointment herself, and the site says clearly that choosing a time does not reserve it.
Availability shows as real appointment slots, not vague opening hours.
The site keeps calendar state only. Names, health notes and payment details never touch it.
Lucy can mark time booked, block time off and reopen it from her phone in a few taps.
Current build phase
The treatment pages, combined treatment, about, availability and policy pages are built, with the availability tool tested for keyboard, touch and screen reader use. Final copy approval and launch on the practice's own domain remain.
Lucy works from settings in Hove, so treatment pages name Hove where it helps someone choosing a practitioner nearby, without cloning pages for every surrounding town.
