Do you charge for quotes or surveys?
Never. Most jobs we can price on the phone in five minutes; for installs we'll come out, measure properly and put a fixed price in writing.
Are your engineers Gas Safe registered?
Every one — under registration No. 548921. Ask to see the card at the door; our engineers expect it.
What guarantee do I get?
Twelve months on all labour, and up to ten years' manufacturer warranty on boilers we install as Worcester Bosch Platinum installers.
