Course Terms, 13 September 2026

Clear terms for the course.

These terms apply to the one-off purchase of Coursework by Sitework. They are separate from Sitework's website-service terms.

1. Who you are buying from

Coursework by Sitework is supplied by Jacob Orsborn-Smith, a sole trader trading as Sitework in the United Kingdom. Email support@sitework.uk for course, payment or legal questions.

2. What you receive

The course teaches a practical process for a UK trade business website, Google Business Profile, reviews, Maps and SEO. It is delivered online through the classroom. The sales page describes the modules and included downloads. Access is personal to the purchaser and is tied to the confirmed email used at checkout.

The price is £99 as a single payment. There is no course subscription. You may need to pay third parties for a domain, AI tools or other services you choose to use. Those are not included in the £99 price unless explicitly stated on the sales page.

After payment, use the email on your receipt to sign in and access the course. Keep your sign-in details secure. You may use the worksheets, prompts and templates for your own business, but you must not share your login or resell, redistribute or republish the course materials.

3. Cancellation and immediate access

If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Before paying, you can separately ask us to begin supplying the digital course immediately and acknowledge that your 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right will end once supply begins. We will not start paid access early without those choices.

If paid access has not begun, or the required consent and acknowledgement were not validly obtained, contact support@sitework.uk to exercise any cancellation right that applies. Nothing here removes a right that the law gives you when digital content is faulty, not as described, or cannot be supplied. We will assess those requests fairly under UK consumer law.

4. Our additional course guarantee

The sales page promises a full refund if you work through the course checklist and still do not have a live website. This is an extra Sitework guarantee, separate from your legal rights. Email support@sitework.uk from the purchase address and tell us which steps you completed and what prevented launch. We will honour that promise. The guarantee does not remove any statutory remedy.

5. Results and third-party platforms

The course is educational. It cannot guarantee a Google Maps position, search traffic, calls, revenue, verification of a Google Business Profile, or the availability or pricing of third-party tools. You are responsible for checking that claims about your business are accurate and that your own website and marketing comply with the law and platform rules.

6. Problems and changes

If access fails or a lesson is materially not as described, email us so we can put it right. We may correct errors, update examples and improve lessons. We will not remove the main course content you purchased without a reasonable replacement or an appropriate remedy.

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms presented when you purchase apply to your order. English and Welsh law governs these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Immediate access can end the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right, but never your statutory rights for problems with the content.
